The American Cancer Society is on a mission to free the world from cancer, conducting and funding ground-breaking research, sharing expert information, supporting patients and their families and championing cancer prevention. A 24/7 cancer helpline is ready to connect callers to a trained specialist or to lend a compassionate ear. The ACS website allows you to login and enter a chatroom filled with like-minded patients who can provide insight and education on what to expect after diagnosis and how treatments can affect your daily life. The ACS also offers lodging assistance through their nationwide Hope Lodges and their hotel partners program, plus they’ll assist you if you need rides to and from treatment.

The Babes Against Cancer program has raised over $37 million since its inception in 1972, with funds supporting both breast and prostate cancer programs and research.
